FFXIV Fan Fest 2018 – What we know so far

FanFest 2018-19 Logo

If you were like many anxious Final Fantasy XIV players out there, you have been waiting for Yoshida and team to announce more information on the upcoming FanFest 2018-19. Our prayers have been answered, and we now know when tickets for the Las Vegas event will be going on sale.

On July 10th, 2018 players will be able to sign into the Festival site (https://fanfest.finalfantasyxiv.com/2018-19/na/) and purchase tickets to this amazing event. According to the FAQ, each ticket will cost $150, and players will be able to purchase up to 4 tickets per order. Tickets are non-transferrable, and non-refundable. Every attendee will receive a goody bag as well as a brand new SDX Fenrir mount and a yet-to-be-announced minion exclusive to the NA Festival.

Hotel discounts at the Rio All-Suites are currently available for attendees by booking your room through the following link: https://book.passkey.com/go/SRFFF8

If you won’t be able to attend, fear not as Yoshi-P also announced all events (minus the concerts) would be available via live-stream for free, so all Warriors of Light will be able to enjoy the festivities. The mount and minions will also be available for purchase on the MogStation at a later date. There does not appear to be a premium streaming package available this year, a change from previous years events.

We plan to put together a series of articles for would-be attendees to help prepare for and enjoy FanFest to the fullest, so {please look forward to it.}
