I wrote a suggestion for FFXIV once, but you mentioned fc rank increased what if they added an FC housing instances zone for a large fc t with 40+ active members or w/e… have its own community housing district as well as a community garden for your fc maybe a large customizable playground to replace yards. Just a thought. I think it would be awesome.
