Housing price adjustments announced

As promised in PLL 29, SE has announced upcoming housing price adjustments for the new housing wards being added in Patch 3.3. Instead of having different pricing tiers for the different servers, all worlds will have the same priced plots.

  • Small plots:  3 – 3.75 Million Gil
  • Medium plots: 16 – 20 Million
  • Large plots: 40 – 50 Million

The cost of unsold plots will go down every 6 hours, to a minimum price of half the original value 30 days after patch release. There will be a total of 4 new wards added to each city’s housing area, for a total of 720 new housing plots per server. A full rundown of the changes, including the old pricing structure, is available on the Lodestone.

Inside look at the new 24-man dungeon

The devs have been busy getting ready for Patch 3.3, and building up the hype. Today they gave us a look into the new 24-man raid content, the Weeping City of Mhach, and talked about their play-testing to make sure the content is balanced as well as fun.

The new dungeon looks really beautiful, and I hope the game play is just as stunning.

But this last screenshot had me flashing back to my FFIX days… WHY SE, WHY?!?!?!
